We are able to submit the most insurance claims electronically so that your reimbursement will be processed by your insurance carrier promptly. Payment by cheque can be expected within three to five days, however, many insurance companies offer direct deposit which offers the quickest turnaround. We are often able to tell you your reimbursement rate immediately if Electronic Claims Processing is available. If your employer has not chosen this option, we are happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit privately.
